Meri delivery ko 1 month ho chukanhe normal delivery but abhi muje vagina ka pura part pain ho raha he or stitch hai vaha ki jaga par bhi pain ho raha hai or toylet karate samay to bahot pain hota hai muje toyelt hard hoti hai plzz tell me yeh kaya ho sakata hai?

Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Eat high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables
Take stool softener
Take hot sitz bath at stitch site by sitting in warm water
