In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a propegur examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine uand evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Then you can give a medicine associated with that but if the stomach pain is continuous then you should get it checked sometimes these things can be just due to minor indigestion but sometimes sometimes it could be associated with an infection as well so it’s better to get it checked with the paediatrician
