Meri daughter ko last 5 days se fever and stomach pain h after 2 days wo thik ho gayi thi lekin fir last night se wapas fever aa gaya and stomach pain h please suggest

There can be a possibility of stomach infection which is why your child is having fever and the stomach pain is also there you can get it checked with your doctor to know if there’s actually genuinely a stomach infection because with that once they know the kind of infection your child is suffering from accordingly they can assist you with the right medicines to follow
