U Give any other made to the child at least one time in a day whenever you are not feeding just give one milk which is different from breastfeeding it could be animal milk or any milk and slowly gradually try to increase the amount of other feeding then it would be easier for you to quit breastfeeding and your child is three years old you should say completely know that I’m not going to feed you do not have to always get pressurised because your child is going to cry or not going to eat
