Meri c- section ke baad weight 30 kg gain hua hai , tummy bahut hi bada ho gaya hai aur bahar nikla hua hai. Mujhe Thyroid aur pcod hai. Meri periods ek dum band ho gayi hai . Jab main contraceptive leti periods hoti hai medicine band to periods nhi hoti hai. Main kya karungi, please bata sakti hai.
