meri Beti ko rozana bukhar araha h aimal dene se us ka fever Chala jata h but itne chote bache k u bar bar garam hona kiu doctor ghar walie bolte k use dat aare is liye bukhar aara us k dat bukhar k hai

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physic kgal examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
