Meri beti ko rat 11pm ko 100 fever tha to paracetamol dithi. Abhi 4am ko fir se fever agaya temperature 100. 4 he to kya me abhi us se paracetamol de saktihu. Kyun ki aj east ko hi paracetamol dithi plz bataiye

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she is having a fever since last night 11 pm and you gave her paracetamol the fever reappeared at 4 am today so give her paracetamol and frequent breast feeding as well
