RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl5 months agoA. Take some mustard oil add some carrot seeds and chopped garlic into that heated to a normal point where you can expect it to be bearable by the skin so warm mustard oil you should massage the chest with and do hot compress that will help a lot
