ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. avoid wet clothes. put any anti rash cream. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

instead of using any cream ,I would suggest you to apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
use warm water to clean this part.
keep your child well hydrated.
