Cerelac is not a thing that you can give us weight gain to your child I am just going to advise you to give proper food to the child you should give proper vegetarian diet and proteins to the child as well as you can also start giving all kinds of vegetarian proteins and diet to the child and vegetarian proteins are lactose free also so opt for that
