It Is approximately 4 KG less right now that’s what I can say and I feel that’s quite a big gap it would be better to 1st consult your doctor to figure out as to why your child is not gaining weight and second of all taken advice from a nutritionist as well they can advise you with the best diet plan for the kid that you should follow at this age
