Put him to bed in light cotton clothes and use cotton bedding and keep the comfortable room temperature.

yes , usually it is normal
but if a child is having difficulty while feeding, sleeping because of it and having low apetite, irritability etc then please visit your pediatrician
dress your child lightly
keep your child well hydrated
keep your child in well vantileted room
