meri beti ko 6 month hogayahai. may usey sari( ragi malt) day rahi hu. may usey aur kuch dey sakthi hu kya. bathayeeye.

as your child is 6 months old,and as you have just started to offer semisolid food to your child, offer food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice.
