meri beti ki umar 1 saal 4 mahine ki hain usse subah early morning mein kya khilao aur shaam ko evening mein kya khilao yehi samajh mein nehi ata. please suggest kijiye na food chart

A. dear mum, for early morning, you can give breakfast like Poha, sheera, upma, vermicelli, parantha, besan cheela, moong dal cheela, sandwich, eggs for evening snacks, you can give fruits, peanut chikki.
