meri beti ki age 2 years 4 months huyi hai...uske maine milk cow ka milk dena start kiya hai...usko potty karne main pain ho rha hai...stool bhi hard aa rhe hi...give me advice kya kru

A. Hello, your baby girl is 28 months old and you have started her a cows milk and she got a constipation so give her papya and apple crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily
