Evion vitamin E cream is going to be an excellent choice that you can use for your child on the face and body there is going to help in reducing down dryness if the face is extensively dry then you can apply the cream or two or three hours depending upon your comfort hopefully within 48 hours you would see the skin would be more moisturised
