Hello ma’am Isha child’s eyes are having water all the time then that is not a healthy sign there are no whom tips or home remedies for this it would be advisable for you to consult an eye specialist ones regarding the same as that way you can come to know the right reason for it and accordingly eyedrops can also be advised to you
