NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello few notice any discomfort while the babies passing motion then you may check with your doctor otherwise absolutely nothing to worry and also make sure to give your child fluid well and also give your child fibre rich food in the diet and include flute especially banana and papaya which would be of help and safe
