Isliye important hai ki aap variety of foods mix karke feed karein so that maximum nutrition mil sake small amount mein bhi. Try karein ki force feed nahi karein and eating ko funtime banayein. Weight gain ke liye fat and protein rich foods include karein like potato ,rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday. 3 times msin meals feed karein and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids.
