SashaMom of a 2 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. I have made a powder with the following ingredients post roasting them -
rice (1/2 kg), all daals - 1/2 table spoon each (urad dal, toor daal, chana daal, moong daal, masoor daal, raagi), 2 badam, 2 kaaju. & saved it in an air tight container (do not use plastic).
I cook two or three spoons of the above made powder for 10 mins by adding enough water and serving it to my 11 month daughter in the morning by adding (salt/ sugar to taste good). you can make it thick or liquidy based on how your kid would like.

Gradually introduce all family foods in mashed form. Continue with breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
