You can give paracetamol as of now because I cannot advise you to go for any other ear drop so give paracetamol that is going to reduce the pain and let the night pass if your child wakes up again after 6 to 7 hours and cry because of pain you can repeat the dosage again it wouldn’t be a problem but yes it is going to be important for you to get it checked with an ENT doctor tomorrow
