meri beti 5 years ko hai..Eyesight improve krne k liye baadam or saunf powder use de skte hn kya?agr haan to kis quantity me or kitni br?pls suggest.

Hello ma’am If you think it is going to work for your child then you can use it because both of the things are healthy and you can use it on an everyday basis so probably just take a similar quantity and make a powder out of it and that’s what you can feed your child on an everyday basis 2 to 3 times in a day
