meri beti 4 months ki hone wali hai uska weight 6 kg hi birth weight uska 2.9kg tha m usse only bm deti kya bm se m uska weight bdha skti hu??

A. Madam your child is already having more than double the birth weight at the age of four months which means your child is gaining very very well so you do not have to give anything extra this is only indicating that your breast feeding is very healthy so please just continue with that
