meri beti 35 days ki hai use loose motion ho gaye hai wo green colour ki poty kar rahi hai.or doodh bhi Nihal rahi hai.so what to do

Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.
