Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own inx next two or three days and the child is also having complaints (watery and itchy eyes) then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis xand treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection.

U Can you clean the eyes of your child regularly with cold water gradually will see it will become better still if you feel that the issue persist then you may as well get a check with your doctor ones because then it would be probably due to some kind of an infection so you need to have a personal check up with your doctor to understand what kind of an allergy it is and what is the treatment for that
