meri beti 3 saal ki he achanak haklane lagi he pehle achhchhi baat karti thi abhi ek hafte se bhot haklati he kya karu

A. I would suggest to get a check with and with a speech therapist because this behaviour is not correct for the child because over the period the problem is going to increase only if you do not get it traded at the right time and this is not a good sign for sure so I would suggest you to get a check with your doctor ASAP for this
