meri beti 3 month 21 days k hai..wo breast feeding karti hai kewal...meri fore milk hind milk se jada ho rahi..beti din main ekbar hi yellowish green colour k poo kar rahi...kya karne se fore milk aur hind milk k balance sahi hogi??

A. Hello dear parent! Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Latch for at least 20 minutes to ensure your baby takes in hind milk. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
