Okay so maybe your child is really not aware about its name because in Indian household how we address our child with 10 different names out of love so sometimes the child gets confused with the real name but if your child is following your command doing simple things and there’s no problem and also if you’re giving too much of screen time or mobile time or your child is learning all these things from mobile then you really need to stop
