Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blocfkage any regurgitagtion etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

But That’s actually very less I think you should talk to your doctor about it get it checked because a child at this age for should sleep for a minimum of 16:18 hours it’s really important for them so in this case I can only advise you to consult your doctor because a check up would definitely be required before we reach to a conclusion
