meri beti 19 months ki hai pehle 14 month me wo shabd repeat krti thi , aab wo sirf mamma bolti hai aour koi shabd nhi bolti aour aksar apni finger ko gale k ander tak le jati hai ya koi pencil waigarah bhi gale tak le jati hai aksar' kya koi problem hai usko gale me

A. Hello, your baby girl is 19 months old and she was repaating the words but now only monologues words like papa and mamma etc then see if she has a mouth ulcers

A. for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in c;4hildren by age for this. . .
