उसे चिकित्सक की सलाह अनुसार सप्लीमेंट दिया करे।
आर ओ पानी ना पिलाएं।
सादा शुद्ध पानी जिसका टी डी एस ३५० से अधिक हो वही पिलाएं
सूर्य स्नान अवश्य कराएं।
ताजे फल , दही छाछ , बाजरा इत्यादि खिलाएं।
