Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning the blood can happen sometimes because of some artery or vein being burst in the nose because of excessive cold I would recommend you to consult with your doctor and start using proper medication you can give your child Tulsi with honey Ginger juice and warm water this will help to provide relief from the problem in the throat
