Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiatefd symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs projper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to apply Aloe Vera pulp on the face of the child this will help to make sure that the baby is not having any problem of rashes at least on the face
