meri bati k sir pr delivery k bad right side main kuch hissa galbla sa tha doctor ne kha ki ek month m thik ho jaega ye delivery k time chot lgne se Hua h abi thik to ho gya h haddi k Jaise bhi aa gya hai lekin bo jgh fulli fulli si h or thodi solid si hai kya is me koi problem to nhi hai ya ye thik ho jaega ab ye fulla fulla sa ku ho rha hai plz answer bhut tnsn ho rhi hai

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
