A. Hi dear mom Tongue bahar nikalna bhut normal hota hai babies mein. Ye habit hai jo apne aap theek ho jayegi jaise baby bda hoga. Isliye ghabrane ki koi baat nhi hai.. Zyada rona pet mein gas ki wajah se ho sakta hai aur daant nikalne ki wajah se bhi ho sakta hai
