for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
also whe  when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving

You Can you give 2ML as of now and you can repeat it after six hours if it is required then only you repeat the medicine also I would advise you to start doing cold sponging if the fever is not high it is mild fever then it will come down with the help of cold sponging as well along with the medicine that you are giving
