also some babies get allergy due to clothing.use regular cotton clothes.
skip the suspected item
apply soothing lotion or ice if itching.
consult in emergency if breathing difficulty, any facial swelling

it might happen because of dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics,heat or sweating or infection etc.
so please keep your child hydrated.
skip suspected cosmetics.
infact it is better to avoid using any cosmetics.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
you can apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on rashes.
