Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptorms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Application ofgt calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. I Would advise you to use calamine lotion regularly I think your child may be getting heat in the body which is why your child is getting rashes or pimples on to the face or anywhere on the body so you can just use calamine lotion regularly as of now
