In this here it is very difficult to comment properly untigpol a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Right now I’m going to advise you to keep ice cube onto that area pack onto that area by winding it up into a thin handy or a towel that should help in settling down the swelling and can give paracetamol if the pain is there but you have to have a check up with the doctor for better understanding on the issue and the reason behind it
