Hi See the weight of the child is going to depend on the birthdate of the child it is not necessary that the child has to be five kgs by the age of 4 1/2 months it doesn’t work like that so just take the birth weight of the child and see if your child has gained a minimum 400 to 500 g every month then that is good enough
