meri baby 7 month ki hai use fever hai morning se paracetamol ek din me kitni baar dena chaiye aur kab kab

keep body temprature check 6 hourly and give pcm if temp is more then 100 F.

But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. You can also book online doctor’s appointment on FirstCry where the doctor can help you and guide you properly
