Rule number 2 is that always give a new food for for 5 to 6 days to see whether the child is able to digest that food or not as well as it will help in creating the taste in the child.

Hello dear parent! Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, ragi, mashed bananas, apple purée in small quantities for better digestion. Add a little ghee to homemade cerelac. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding.
