Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme pfreparations like aglozyme or vitazyme carn be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

it is normal and natural.
as long as your child is not showing any discomfort , looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about it much.
