Hey Medicines and supplements can only be suggested by your paediatrician as of now you can just go ahead with consultation with your doctor and he has put a home remedy I can tell you if you boil some Neem leaves and give a bath to your child with that water that’s definitely going to be a lot food food for the child at this stage so kindly try doing that
