meri baby 1 month ki mein usko breastfeed hi karati hu but sometimes mere dudh se satisfied nhi ho pati h to mere paas lactogen milk Powder rakha h mein wo pila deti hh so kya koi or dudh pilana h ya lactogen pila skte h jb mera dudh nhi aa paye tb

A. agar mother milk insufficient ho to baby ko formula milk as lactogen aap de skti hai.. to increase your milk you can take shavatari powder or lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. aap green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd drumstick fennel seeds jeera oats ragi sabudana dalia lijiye..
