UTI is actually known to be one of the worst infections that people can have so you need to figure out in the first place what is the reason behind it as a lot of people feel it is external but it can be affected with the food and the diet that you are having you really need to monitor everything closely to understand where it is going wrong and I’ve seen exercising specially yoga and all really helps a lot in this case
