ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, weight of 5.7 kg is a normal weight for 5 months old baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then it indicates good health.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello just make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and if baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then itis a good weight gain and if bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk stage 1 using a boa free bottle like Babyhug
