you make sure you are giving only breastmilk to the child and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

Stomach reflux Is very common with kids which is why they vomit so try to feed your child only on demand that is going to held along with that if you need to go ahead with any medicines you can ask your doctor but like I am telling you vomiting and spitting is very normal at this age
