you mean to say stomach upset ,right ?
if yes ,then first of all ,give only homemade freshly cooked diet to your child.
maintain good hydration.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child which will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
Don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
offer food in small quantity , your child can ask if heor she need it more.
please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
maintain proper gap between meal and snacks time.

Give her food which is high in fiber and also focus on physical activity like yoga. Teach her some simple poses like cobra pose and child pose. It’s help to digestive system.

okay..you also need to check your child eating habit ,I mean my child also complained same   ,and when I  observed her eating habits ,she was not chewing food well and took food very fast .
so offer food in small bites.
and the case is not like that ,give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of.ginger juice daily in morning.
it will help to cure upset stomach

thnq Ankita...I done all whe did u say ....only home made food deti hu. ..kbhi kbhi bahar ka otherwise ghar ka hib hota hai...
