Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once your baby with child doctor in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examine and also give baby coconut water and also can apply Kathaa which is used in PAN on baby effective area.
